Export Consulting

At EGEKO Consulting, we provide end-to-end support for companies engaged in export activities through the following areas:

  1. Government Export Incentives
  2. KOSGEB Overseas Market Support Program
  • Project Duration: Minimum 8 months, maximum 24 months
  • Support Limit: 300,000 TL
  • Support Ratio: 70% Non-refundable, 30% Refundable
  • Personnel expenses are supported regardless of the ratio, calculated based on the net minimum wage including tax deductions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The business must have a Domestic Trademark Registration Certificate.
  • The project budget cannot exceed the company’s net sales revenue from the previous fiscal year.
  • The company must have exported in the last approved fiscal year (unless operating in manufacturing or a Priority Technology Sector).
  • Applications must cover at least two different cost categories.

  • Covers costs of overseas registration, legal services, and trademark research.
  • Support Rate: 50%
  • Annual Limit: 750,000 TL/year
  • Duration: 4 years
  • Target Country Bonus: +20%
  • Target Sector Bonus: +5%
  1. Overseas Trade Fair Support
  • Includes venue rental, booth, transportation, and logistics costs.
  • General Trade Fairs: 150,000 TL
  • Sectoral Fairs: 250,000 TL
  • Prestigious Fairs: 750,000 TL
  • Max 5 fairs per year, max 10 times per same fair per company
  1. Domestic Fair Support
  • 50% of booth and rental costs up to 80,000 TL/year
  • Max 3 events per year
  1. Overseas Unit Rental Support
  • Includes rent for store, warehouse, office, shared office, showroom, and more.
  • Amount: 2,000,000 TL/year per unit
  • Support Ratio: 50% + bonuses for target countries/sectors
  • Duration: 4 years per country
  1. Overseas Market Research Support
  • Travel and accommodation costs for international business meetings
  • Max 10 days per trip, max 3 countries per trip
  • Annual Limit: 5 activities/year, max 20 total
  • Support Limit: 100,000 TL/activity
  1. Promotion Support
  • Covers TV, radio, internet, print, outdoor, and special promotions
  • Annual Limit: 2,500,000 TL/year/country (unit-based)
  • Trademark-based promotions: 4,000,000 TL/year/country
  • Support Rate: 50% (+20% country / +5% sector)

  • 3,000,000 TL/project (max 10 people), 50% rate, 3+2 years
  • 1,500,000 TL/project, 50% rate, 3+2 years

  • Covers machines, software, consulting, certification, logistics
  • Support Limit: 15,000,000 TL/project

  • Consulting: 3,000,000 TL/year for standard companies, 7,500,000 TL/year for high-tech

  • Brand Acquisition: Consulting 3,000,000 TL/year; Credit 30,000,000 TL
